近日，广东省清远市林业局发布声明：2025年2月14日，有群众到该局出具红头名称为“清远市林业局规划许可证审批文”的文件，文号为：（R）地字000688993号，文件中有“根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》第三十七、第三十八条规定，经审核，本用地项目符合乡规划要求，红五村村民租用地开发种养殖水电站、敬老院、神庙一座、学校、宾馆等项目。为革命老区贡献，颁发此证”等相关表述。

经核实，清远市林业局从未以“清远市林业局规划许可证审批文”名义核发过相关文件，请社会公众提高警惕，注意防范风险，如发现违法犯罪行为，请依法向公安机关报案。
