【棕榈油行业领导人呼吁采取可持续做法提升产量】金十期货2月25日讯，据外媒报道，棕榈油行业领导人在第36届棕榈油和月桂油价格展望会议暨展览会（POC2025）会议上表示，随着对棕榈油的需求激增，有必要通过可持续的方法来提升产量，以解决潜在的供需失衡问题。目前，马来西亚棕榈油的平均每公顷单产仅为3.7吨。P&G Chemicals副总裁兼全球主管Harish Harlani警告称，如果不进行战略干预，那么在棕榈油需求可能激增时，该行业或许面临供应短缺。他表示，解决这一产量提升问题的关键在于强调重新种植和可持续农业实践。他呼吁种植园公司无论棕榈油价格如何波动，都要采取定期重新种植的计划。与此同时，吉隆坡甲洞集团（KLK）执行主席Tan Sri Lee Oi Hian指出，单产有很大的上升空间，特别是对于较大的种植园土地。
