由于供股章程所载与供股及配售事项相关的所有条件均已达成，供股及配售事项于2025年2月26日(星期三)下午四时正成为无条件。
根据供股的接纳结果及配售事项的结果，将予配发及发行的供股股份为8313.81万股供股股份，约为供股项下提呈发售可供认购的供股股份的81.52%(假设于记录日期或之前，已发行股份数目概无变动)。
