IT之家 2 月 25 日消息，韩媒 thebell 当地时间本月 20 日表示，三星电子代工部门已启动基于 SF3（IT之家注：即 3GAP）制程的 Exynos 2500 处理器芯片生产，不过目前的良率仍不足五成。
报道宣称 Exynos 2500 的初期生产规模为每月 5000“件”，未来将减少至每月 3000~3500“件”。从 Exynos 2500 的需求量考虑，此处的“件”指的应该是晶圆。
Exynos 2500 有望应用于三星今年下半年发布的 Galaxy Z Flip 系列“小折叠”智能手机中。该芯片被认为将采用 10 核 CPU 与基于 AMD RDNA 系列架构的 Xclipse 950 GPU，并具有强大 NPU 性能。
