智通财经APP讯，比高集团(08220)发布公告，于2025年2月20日(交易时段后)，公司间接全资附属公司泰艺有限公司与深圳市壹海长风科技有限公司订立一份谅解备忘录。
根据谅解备忘录，泰艺拟与壹海长风合作，透过一间合营企业从事人工智能生成内容(AIGC)业务，该合营企业于中国成立后拟由泰艺及壹海长风分别拥有51%及49%权益。
双方尚未就投资或注资金额达成约定并将开展进一步磋商直至订立正式的协议。
