华油能源签署融资租赁协议C 以1330万元出售资产
2月25日，华油能源（01251）发布公告，宣布其间接附属公司承租人五与出租人海尔融资租赁于2025年2月25日签署了融资租赁协议C。根据协议，承租人五同意以1330万元的转让代价将租赁资产C出售给出租人，租赁资产C的账面净值约为335万元。租赁期为24个月，租赁付款总额为1408万元，其中包括融资租赁本金1330万元及融资租赁利息（含增值税）78万元。
此次融资租赁交易C的目的在于提升承租人五的资金流动性，优化其资产及债务结构，以支持业务及经营活动。融资租赁交易C所产生的资金将用于偿还银行贷款、购买设备及满足集团的一般运营资金需求。董事会认为该交易符合公司及股东的整体利益，并基于正常商业条款进行。该交易的初步财务影响显示，公司在出售租赁资产时不会产生应计收益或亏损，但相关利息支出将在租赁期内产生。
