3月4日，海通证券将正式终止上市。

　　2月25日晚，海通证券公告称，公司收到上交所决定对公司A股股票予以终止上市。

　　据悉，海通证券A股股票不进入退市整理期交易，终止上市日期为2025年3月4日。股票终止上市后，将按照1:0.62的比例转换为国泰君安的A股股票。公司A股股东的股票账户中不再显示公司A股股票，直至转换为国泰君安A股股票并完成新增A股股份上市的相关手续后，原A股股东的股票账户中将显示国泰君安A股股票。

　　此前，海通证券曾表示，A 股股票将自2025年2 月6日开市起连续停牌，直至终止上市，不再复牌。2025年2月5日为公司A股股票最后一个交易日。

　　从2024年9月5日晚，国泰君安与海通证券发布换股吸收合并的相关公告，到2025年3月4日的“终止上市”，这场中国资本市场史上规模最大的A+H双边市场吸收合并、上市券商A+H最大的整合案例的合并用时仅半年，进展颇为迅速。
