中国环保能源拟更名为“杜甫酒业集团有限公司”
本报讯 （记者张敏见习记者梁傲男）2月24日晚间，中国环保能源投资有限公司（以下简称“中国环保能源”）发布公告称，公司于当日同四川杜甫酒业集团股份有限公司订立销售代理协议，成为四川杜甫酒业的销售代理，并将于特定市场推广及销售白酒产品。
中国环保能源在公告中表示，集团主要从事珠宝的设计及市场营销以及放贷业务。珠宝通常属奢侈品购买，购买周期长，最近的经济不确定性一直影响消费者支出，并令消费者于消费时更为保守，尤其是对非必需品及奢侈品。因此，集团的珠宝业务未能实现反弹，且过去四年其表现不断下滑。鉴于本集团于消费品方面的专长，本公司拟利用其经验，开拓更有韧性的市场分部，以改善其收益来源。
公告显示，董事会已识别白酒行业的业务机会，原因是与珠宝行业相比，白酒消费频次往往更高。订立销售代理协议后，公司拟将业务重心由珠宝业务转向白酒业务。董事会认为，建议更改公司名称符合本集团的战略规划，更好地反映本集团的业务发展状况及其未来发展方向。
因此，董事会认为，订立销售代理协议是本集团探索收益来源多样化及为本集团带来更多收入的可能性的战略机会，并建议将本公司的名称由“China Environmental Energy Investment Limited”更改为“Dufu Liquor Group Limited”，采用“杜甫酒业集团有限公司”作为其中文第二名称，该名称尚未向百慕达公司注册处处长登记，仅供识别之用。
