格隆汇2月25日丨海通证券(600837.SH)公布，公司收到上海证券交易所出具的自律监管决定书《关于海通证券股份有限公司股票终止上市的决定》，上交所决定对公司A股股票予以终止上市。上交所于2025年2月25日作出公司A股股票终止上市的决定，公司A股股票将于2025年3月4日终止上市。
