中国平安(02318.HK) 旗下云辰资本日前向海尔集团子公司卡泰驰出售汽车之家(02518.HK) (ATHM.US) 逾41.9%股权，交易完成后卡泰驰控股成为汽车之家的控股股东，而平安产险将继续作为汽车之家的主要股东之一，通过云辰资本间接持有汽车之家股份。
海尔集团董事局董事、卡泰驰董事长刘斥预期，汽车之家与卡泰驰在构建汽车产业新生态方面将有战略协同作用，未来会与汽车之家及平安产险紧密合作，从提升用户体验入手，持续提高汽车全生命周期服务水平，构建行业引领的家车互联产业生态。
