新地(00016.HK) 与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的轻铁天荣站住宅项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE首推105伙,涵盖一房至三房共6种间隔,市值近5.66亿。项目提供最高售价折扣5%,连同180天提前付清楼价现金回赠4%后,折实售价约302.47万元起。
新地副董事总经理雷霆表示,明日(26日)项目将会开放示范单位予公众参观,周四(27日)收票,并视乎情况,最快下周推售。
新地代理总经理胡致远指,首张价单提供14个一房、65个两房及26个三房单位,实用面积由303至679平方呎。是次发展商只提供建期付款,如果买家选择180天或360天提前付清楼价,则分别获得现金回赠4%及2%。计及最高折扣及现金回赠后,折实售价302.47万至1,040.67万元;折实呎价介乎9,670至15,858元,折实均呎10,868元。
首张价单中,入场单位为一房的1A 5楼A6室,实用面积303平方呎,折实售价302.47万元。
