智通财经APP讯，华油能源(01251)发布公告，于2025年2月25日，出租人(海尔融资租赁)与承租人五(公司间接附属公司北京华油)订立融资租赁协议C，据此，承租人五已同意出售其自有资产(即租赁资产C)予出租人，转让代价为人民币1330万元;及出租人已同意将租赁资产C租回予承租人五，租期为24个月。融资租赁协议C项下的租赁付款总额为人民币1407.54万元。
租赁资产C为存放于中国境内的油气田作业设备及工具。
