平安证券指出，2025年1月17日，国家医保局召开“保障人民健康，赋能经济发展”主题新闻发布会，再次明确提出我国将在基本医保现有的甲乙类目录的基础上研究制定丙类目录，丙类目录将作为基本医保药品目录的有效补充，主要聚焦创新程度很高、临床价值巨大、患者获益显著，但因超出“保基本”定位暂时无法纳入基本医保目录的药品。各项支持创新药政策陆续发布，我们认为创新药赛道在政策面具有明确的利好信号。国金证券指出，近期 A 股港股企业医药企业即将进入年报窗口，预计年报一季报后医药板块有望迎来行业整体性业绩反转，后续经营景气度改善和业绩节奏变化值得持续跟踪。
