首先，将委托独立审计机构对创始人、金库及代币进行全面审计，所有结果将通过新官网 jup.com 公示，强化透明度。其次，设立“Litterbox 信托基金”，承诺未来两年将协议收入的 50% 注入该基金，用于战略性积累 JUP。最后，Meow 提出 2030 激励计划，自愿将个人持有的 2.8 亿 JUP 用于新团队激励，并承诺在 2030 年前不领取任何代币，最终能否获得 5 亿 JUP 奖励将完全取决于社区对其履职的投票结果。
Jupiter 同时披露三大业务支柱：聚合交易平台 Jup.ag、社区生态 Jupiverse 和跨链网络 Jupnet，强调将通过代币机制实现生态参与者长期利益绑定。Meow 表示，系列举措旨在展现团队与社区共进退的决心，打破加密行业短期逐利惯性，全力打造“属于 Jupiverse 的未来价值网络”。目前相关提案已提交 DAO 讨论，最终实施需经社区投票批准。
