智通财经APP获悉，美图公司(01357)盘中跌超5%，截至发稿，跌4.55%，报5.66港元，成交额3.51亿港元。
消息面上，美图公司近日发布公告称，公司一名主要股东蔡文胜于2025年2月17日至2月21日期间出售了公司1.28亿股股份，占本公司已发行股份总数约2.81%。董事会获公司创始人、董事长兼首席执行官吴泽源告知，他对公司未来业务前景充满信心，并将于公司年度业绩公告发布和禁售期结束后 （即2025年3月18日后）于适当时候进一步增持公司股份。
据悉，蔡文胜是美图公司2016年港股上市时的核心创始人，自上市以来，蔡文胜及其家族多次对美图公司进行大规模减持。其中蔡文胜的持股比例从上市初的38.32%降至如今的20.62%。另外，在美图上市之后，作为持股超过5%的重要股东，蔡文胜之子CaiRongjia也于2017年上半年展开了一系列减持操作。
