智通财经APP获悉，港交所(00388)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.26%，报355港元，成交额16.58亿港元。
消息面上，港交所将于2月27日（本周四）举行董事会会议，藉以（其中包括）批准刊发香港交易所及其附属公司截至2024年12月31 日止年度的全年业绩公告，以及考虑派发股息。里昂发布研报称，相信IPO复苏和南向资金流入将成为港交所今年的两大基本面动力。该行预计公司在去年第四季的业绩表现强劲，预计税后纯利将同比增长46%，经调整每股盈利为10.28港元，并实现派息比率90%。该行指，港交所潜在的催化剂包括内地政策的积极惊喜、潜在的股息税减免，以及更创新的三年战略计划。
此外，港交所上周五宣布优化股份交收费结构。中金预计费率结构变化于港交所收入影响较小，关注市场流动性改善情况。该行指出，展望未来，若以科技为代表的主题交易情绪延续、及潜在资本市场流动性优化政策持续出台，港股市场活跃度中枢有望进一步抬升、进而为港交所盈利预期提升及股价提振提供催化。
