海通证券指出，服务器、存储、人工智能、汽车电子和通信电子设备包括可折叠手机都会带来PCB相关产品需求的增长。2024年以来，受益于AI推动的交换机、服务器等算力基建爆发式增长，智能手机、PC的新一轮AI创新周期，以及汽车电动化/智能化落地带来的量价齐升，HDI、层数较高的多层板等高端品需求快速增长，PCB行业景气度持续上行。
国金证券指出，覆铜板（CCL）作为生产印刷电路板PCB的基材，承担着PCB的导电、绝缘和支撑功能，对于PCB的整体性能具有重要影响。据悉，建滔积层板为覆铜板行业龙头。此外，建滔集团布局上游原料和下游PCB全产业链。公司2024年中报披露，集团大力打造覆铜面板研发中心，配备高精尖设备，集团已成功研发多种高频高速产品可以应用于AI服务器内的GPU主板。
