财政司司长陈茂波表示，为进一步协助特专科技企业及生物科技公司在港筹募资金，发展业务，特别是已在内地上市的相关公司，港交所(00388.HK) 及证监会正积极筹备开通科技专线，便利相关企业上市申请准备工作，期望令企业申请在港上市的过程变得更畅顺。
他又指，知识产权是新兴产业发展的重要基础，企业除了在本地进行研发而取得知识产权外，亦会选择购入相关使用权，为此港府将检讨知识产权的税务扣除安排，包括就购入使用权所支付的整笔特许费用，以及向相联者购入知识产权或其使用权的相关开支，预期可加快推动知识产权密集型产业的发展。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-25 16:25。)
