携程集团近日公布2024年第四季度业绩，净营业收入为127.44亿元人民币，同比增长23.43%；归属携程集团有限公司净利润约21.57亿元，同比增长66.31%。2024年全年，净营业收入为532.94亿元，同比上升19.73%。归属携程集团有限公司净利润为170.67亿元，同比增长72.08%。
董事会已授权于2025年采取新的资本回报措施，包括一项股份回购计划，公司获授权并批准不时回购总额高达4亿美元的普通股和/或ADS；以及2024财年的普通现金股息，总计约2亿美元。
