本报讯　据“路透社”消息，空客首席财务官Thomas Toepfer表示，空客预计将在未来几周内确定一项协议，收购势必锐在欧洲的部分业务。

　　波音曾表示，将以47亿美元的股票回购其前子公司势必锐。势必锐作为波音的重要供应商，同时也为空客的一些飞机生产关键零部件。

　　空客预计将在2025年中期完成收购交易。托普费尔表示，7月1日前完成交易是“基于现实制定的计划”。2024年，空客与势必锐达成了一份具有约束力的协议条款，根据内容空客将获得势必锐补偿，因为它将承担势必锐部门亏损业务。（建勋）
