　　2月26日消息，港股内房股盘初拉升，世茂集团超19%领涨，融创中国、旭辉控股集团涨超6%，龙湖集团、雅居乐集团涨超5%。

　　消息面上，机构研报称内地房地产板块初现修复迹象，年内后续仍具备向上空间。中金表示，房地产目前市场对小阳春，包括2025全年市场的看法有一定分化，该行认为产业逐步走向产能修复的路径或许已经打开，原则上可以对地产股做一些前置性布局，维持覆盖标的获利预测和目标价不变。

　　世茂集团发布公告称，内容有关针对公司向高等法院提出的清盘呈请。公司宣布，经双方同意，高等法院已颁令撤回针对公司的呈请。据悉，深化连盛投资于今年1月10日向高等法院提出对世茂集团的清盘呈请，涉及世茂集与招银国际财务相关跨境贷款所提供的担保，未偿还金额近2.58亿元人民币。
