　　基石药业-B发布公告，舒格利单抗（择捷美®）GEMSTONE-303研究结果在国际顶级医学期刊《美国医学会杂志》（JAMA）主刊正式发表。据介绍，GEMSTONE-303是一项随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的III期注册性临床试验，旨在评估舒格利单抗联合CAPOX化疗方案（奥沙利铂+卡培他滨）对比安慰剂联合CAPOX化疗方案，作为一线治疗无法手术切除的PD-L1CPS≥5的局部晚期或转移性胃或胃食管结合部（G/GEJ）腺癌的疗效和安全性。该研究的协同主要终点为OS和研究者评估的PFS，次要研究终点包括盲态独立中心审阅委员会（BICR）评估的PFS、客观缓解率（ORR）及缓解持续时间（DoR）。
