高盛近期发布研报指出，在众多创新项目中，基石药业旗下的创新抗体偶联药物CS5001(ROR1 ADC)备受关注。市场预期公司将在2025年美国临床肿瘤学会年会上公布CS5001的临床数据，并积极寻求全球范围内的授权合作。高盛认为，CS5001被视为2025年值得期待的BD项目之一，BD可预期性高，该分子全球总可及市场TAM达到430亿美元，潜力巨大，且基石药业在该领域的竞争优势明显，该领域BD合作较活跃。对此，高盛上调该公司的目标价并将ROR1和三抗列为核心价值催化。
