优必选配售事项预计净额约8.76亿港元
2月25日，优必选（09880）发布公告，关于根据一般授权配售新股份的补充公告。
公告中提到，首次配售事项所得款项净额约为1.22亿港元，主要用于业务运营及发展、营运资金及一般公司用途、境内外投资及偿还授信业务到期金额。其中，业务运营及发展占比25.01%，营运资金及一般公司用途占比24.66%，偿还授信业务到期金额占比74.99%。
第二次配售事项的所得款项净额为4.08亿港元，使用情况显示，业务运营及发展占62.42%，营运资金及一般公司用途占62.29%，偿还授信业务到期金额占37.58%。而第三次配售事项的所得款项净额为5.52亿港元，预计在2025年3月底前将用于业务运营及发展、营运资金及一般公司用途及偿还授信业务到期金额等。
配售事项整体预计所得款项净额约为8.76亿港元，主要用于业务运营、项目建设及装修、境内外投资及偿还授信业务到期金额等。公告还提到，对于未动用的所得款项，公司将存放于商业银行的短期有息存款及/或结构性存款。
