“比特币巨鲸”Strategy公司（原名MicroStrategy）周一表示，在2月18日至2月23日期间，该公司利用上周通过零息可转换债券发行筹集的约19亿美元资金购买了约20356枚比特币。

　　截至2月24日，该公司持有约499096枚比特币，其收购总价格约为331亿美元，平均收购价约为每枚66357美元。

　　按目前的价格计算，该公司持有的比特币价值约474亿美元。

　　该公司计划在未来三年发行210亿美元的股票和210亿美元的固定收益工具，包括债券、可转换债券和优先股，周一披露的交易是该计划的一部分。

　　Strategy股价周一下跌5.7%，但过去12个月累计上涨了255%，同期标普500指数上涨18%。
