【豪掷上百亿元出海“淘金” 黄金矿企进入增储时代】金十数据2月25日讯，金价高位盘旋，矿企筹谋变阵，迎接黎明。内蒙古百亿市值金属矿企兴业银锡披露全资子公司对外投资进展公告。据悉，兴业银锡全资子公司兴业黄金（香港）矿业有限公司第三批认购澳大利亚上市公司Far East Gold Limited增发股份2391.73万股普通股已完成交割。自2024年以来，黄金价格飞升，黄金矿企们纷纷出海增储。包括紫金矿业、山东黄金、银泰黄金等矿企累计豪掷上百亿元出海“淘金”。这一变化背后，是黄金行业正在经历新一轮变革。受国际地缘政治、宏观经济因素影响，国际金价迭创新高，黄金产业链消费结构出现明显变化。黄金投资类需求持续大幅走高，而黄金产量却未出现大幅增长。赤峰吉隆黄金矿业股份有限公司董事、副总裁兼总工程师吕晓兆认为，一方面我国矿产资源总量低、对外依存度高。部分矿产人均可采资源储量远低于世界平均水平，部分品种资源消耗大，后备资源储备严重不足，关键矿产资源对外依存度较高。另一方面，矿产资源可持续供给能力不足、找矿潜力大但勘探投入较少等问题也日益凸显。
