消息面上，歌礼制药近日宣布，美国开展的每日一次口服片用于治疗肥胖症患者(体重指数(BMI)30-40 kg/m2)的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的Ib期多剂量递增(MAD)研究，前两个队列取得积极期中结果。海通证券指出，2025年公司减重&糖尿病领域有丰富的催化剂读出，该行看好旗下管线ASC30和ASC47的对全球竞争力，建议关注公司进展。目前公司减重&降糖领域临床阶段的管线包括口服和皮下注射剂型的小分子GLP1R 激动剂ASC30，以及脂肪靶向的小分子THRβ注射剂ASC47。
