金吾财讯 | 贝壳(BEKE)盘前涨超10%，截至发稿，报23.41美元。消息面上，据恒生指数公司公布，3月10日港股通名单将进行调整。而贝壳作为房地产科技领域的佼佼者，早已于2022年中旬返回港股双重主要上市，并且目前已成为恒生综合指数大型股成分。根据测算，截至2024年12月31日的前183天，贝壳的港股日均流通市值达到1611.2亿港元，且总成交额达到161.6亿港元，完全满足同股不同权公司纳入港股通的要求。因此，市场普遍预期贝壳-W有望在本轮调整中正式纳入港股通名单。此外，日前，北京住房公积金管理中心发布通知，公积金“直付房租”业务自1月20日起开展。贝壳成为公积金“直付房租”业务首批试点企业之一，也是唯一一家非公企业。
