Sempra (SRE) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.50 per diluted share, up from $1.13 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.60.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $3.76 billion, up from $3.49 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.9 billion.
The company said it now expects full-year 2025 EPS of $4.30 to $4.70, compared with the prior outlook of $4.90 to $5.25. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.13.
The company said it expects full-year 2026 EPS of $4.80 to $5.30. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.49.
The company boosted its quarterly dividend to $0.645 from $0.62 per share, payable April 15 to shareholders of record on March 20.
Sempra shares were down by more than 11% in premarket activity Tuesday.
