屋宇署公布，去年12月批出14份建筑图则以及发出29份入伙纸。在14份建筑图则当中，涉及3项住宅及商住发展，以及4项商业发展。当中包括嘉里建设(00683.HK) 荃湾宝丰路项目(毗邻丽城/湾景花园)获批建4幢21至23层高住宅，住宅楼面约31.43万方呎，非住用面积约1.69万方呎。
另外，新地(00016.HK) 旺角洗衣街与亚皆老街交界项目，获批建一幢56层高商厦及1幢4层高商厦连政府设施，可建总楼面约151.05万方呎。长实(01113.HK) 旗下屯门青山公路大榄项目批出修订图则，可建12幢楼高16至21层高住宅，另连两层地库，可建总楼面约130.64万方呎。(mn/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-24 16:25。)
