路透社2月25日 - 微软MSFT.O周二表示，已向Veeam软件公司 （Veeam Software）进行了一笔未披露的 股权投资， 作为双方 扩大合作、打造人工智能产品的一部分。
Veeam的软件旨在帮助客户在网络安全事件、勒索软件攻击或意外数据丢失后快速恢复数据。

微软在2021年投资了网络安全公司Rubrik RBRK.N，该公司也提供数据备份和恢复解决方案。
Veeam表示，在微软的支持下，它将专注于研发投资和设计合作等。它还将把微软的人工智能服务整合到其产品中。
