消息面上，2月12日，理士国际发布公告，公司已向联交所提交一份建议，内容有关根据上市规则第15项应用指引进行建议分拆及将分拆公司Leoch Energy Inc.在美国证券交易所单独上市，而公司已获联交所批准可进行建议分拆。第一上海表示，理士国际为中国最大的铅酸电池出口商，在全球化运营方面具有显著优势。公司主要业务涵盖备用电池、汽车启动启停电池、动力电池及回收业务，产品线覆盖全球100多个国家和地区。
该行指出，分拆后，理士国际将专注于国内市场的深耕，而Leoch Energy Inc.则负责海外业务的拓展，像是北美洲市场的布局和锂电池生产线的扩展。通过这一分拆，理士国际的国内外业务管理架构得以清晰划分，发展路径更加明确，能够更精准地把握不同市场的需求，制定针对性的发展策略和人才招聘计划，从而高效推进业务落地。分拆上市不仅有助于理士国际优化资源配置，还能有效提升公司的整体价值，进一步强化了其在全球电力解决方案领域的竞争力。
