智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，优步(UBER.US)的竞争对手Bolt Technology OU正与顾问合作PJT Partners，探讨可能的方案，包括首次公开发募股(IPO)。知情人士称，该公司可能最早于明年寻求上市。他们表示，Bolt仍在讨论在欧洲或美国上市的益处，并可能寻求其他途径筹集资金。知情人士称，相关讨论尚处于早期阶段，计划仍有可能改变。
Bolt的一位发言人在电子邮件中表示：“与任何考虑上市的公司一样，我们在许多领域咨询了专业顾问，以寻求帮助。”“我们将继续评估一些潜在的上市地点。”这位发言人说，IPO日期将取决于市场情况。
Bolt是一家提供叫车、送餐和滑板车租赁服务的公司，去年获得了2.2亿欧元(约合2.31亿美元)的信贷额度，首席执行官Markus Villig表示，这笔资金将帮助该公司“为IPO做好准备”。该公司在2022年的一轮融资中获得了74亿欧元的估值，此前该公司从红杉资本(Sequoia Capital)、富达管理(Fidelity Management)和其他投资者那里筹集了6.28亿欧元。
