智通财经APP获悉，香港地政总署于1月27日公布一幅位于新界沙田大围美田路沙田市地段第651号的用地，以6.06亿港元批予新鸿基地产(00016)，该地皮每呎楼面地价为3128港元，批租期为50年。
2月25日，香港地政总署今日以不具名方式，公布落选投标者的投标金额，由高至低排为5.818亿港元、3.88亿港元、3.51亿港元、3.34亿港元、2.5亿港元。
资料显示，项目截标时，共接获6份标书，除新鸿基地产外，入标发展商包括长实(01113)、信和置业(00083)、嘉里建设(00683)、中海外(00688)及建灏。
据悉，沙田市地段第651号的地盘面积约为3600平方米，指定作私人住宅用途。最低的楼面面积为10800平方米，而最高的楼面面积可达18000平方米。
