智通财经APP讯，信义能源(03868)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期业绩，收益24.4亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加7%;股东应占溢利7.91亿元，同比减少11.96%;每股基本盈利9.55分;拟派发末期股息每股2.7港仙。
公告称，2024财年，由集团拥有及运营的大型太阳能发电场项目生产的电量较2023年增长13.8%。该增长主要由于2023年收购的太阳能发电场项目的全年营运及2024年新收购的太阳能发电场项目。截至2024年12月31日止年度，2023年组合及2024年组合产生的总收益为人民币3.13亿元，占集团太阳能发电业务总收益的12.8%。然而，电网消纳限制导致限电损失以及市场化电力交易次数及交易量增加等因素部分抵销截至2024年12月31日止年度发电量的增加。因此，集团的收益仅取得7.0%的增长。
