《福布斯》公布2025年香港50大富豪排行榜，长和系创办人李嘉诚以身家373亿美元蝉联首富宝座。恒地(00012.HK) 创办人李兆基、新世界发展(00017)主席郑家纯家族以及李锦记集团主席李文达的5名子女紧随其后，身家分别为292亿美元、195亿美元及162亿美元，与李嘉诚依次为香港四大首富。
华人置业(00127.HK) 创办人刘銮雄以身家136亿美元排第五，较去年升一位。其后第6至10位依次为新地(00016.HK) 主席郭老太邝肖卿，身家120亿美元，九仓(00004.HK) 前主席吴光正，身家117亿美元；阿里巴巴(09988.HK) 主席蔡崇信，身家108亿美元；银河娱乐(00027.HK) 创办人吕志和及其子吕耀东家族，身家94亿美元；旭日国际集团主席蔡志明，身家81亿美元。
福布斯表示，尽管房地产问题挥之不去，贸易紧张局势迫在眉睫，香港50大富豪总财富仍由去年的2,960亿美元增至3,010亿美元。(vc/k)
