智通财经APP获悉，华虹半导体(01347)午后急跌逾10%，截至发稿，跌6.88%，报38.55港元，成交额38.22亿港元。
消息面上，华虹半导体此前发布业绩。华泰证券指出，公司第四季度营收环比增长2.4%至5.39亿美元，环比增速接近公司指引上限；毛利率环比-0.8pct至11.4%，主要受新产线折旧及运营成本影响。2024年收入20.04亿美元，同比下降12.3%，ASP下滑为主要拖累因素，部分被晶圆出货量增加抵消。毛利率为10.2%，同比-11.1pct，主要由于平均售价下降和折旧成本增加。母公司应占亏损2520万美元，主要受到外币汇兑损失影响。
该行表示，需求方面，公司对2025年半导体需求整体谨慎乐观，认为有望继续受益于以欧洲客户为代表的在地化生产需求；制程方面，公司表示未来会迈向28/22nm领域，看好新CEO带领华虹加快包括先进工艺和特色工艺的平台开发；市场近期关注华虹资产相关事宜。华虹半导体母公司旗下的华力微拥有一座28nm晶圆厂(华虹五厂)和一座14nm晶圆厂(华虹六厂)。据华虹招股书，自科创板上市之日起三年内，华力微将注入华虹体内，建议关注后续进展。
