路透香港2月28日 - 香港金管局：
* 宣布人民币贸易融资流动资金安排下首阶段参与银行的名单，即日生效
* 该安排1,000亿元人民币总额度当中约500亿元人民币已分配给参与银行
* 视乎落实情况和市场需求，金管局拟于今年年中推动下一阶段的额度分配工作
