　　2月25日消息，长飞光纤光缆午后直线拉升，一度涨超6%，现报23.8港元，成交额3.49亿港元。

　　消息面上，通光线缆发布公告，为充分利用、整合资源优势，提升光纤光缆产品的市场占有率，增强在通信领域的影响力，提高公司核心竞争力及整体盈利能力，公司与长飞光纤光缆股份有限公司（简称“长飞光纤”）于2025年2月24日签署合资协议，拟共同出资6亿元成立江苏通飞科技有限公司（暂定名，最终以市场监督管理部门核定为准，以下简称“合资公司”）。

　　合资公司的注册资本为6亿元，公司认缴出资额3.39亿元，占注册资本的56.5%；长飞光纤认缴出资额2.61亿元，占注册资本的43.5%。本次交易完成后，合资公司将成为公司控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围。
