智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)早盘跌超6%，截至发稿，跌5.21%，报1.82港元，成交额1141.11万港元。
消息面上，高鑫零售公告称，集团最近接获有关当局通知，正对某独立供应商进行调查。该供应商就其向高鑫零售若干子公司开具的增值税发票的行为而被调查。据高鑫零售所知，集团并非该调查的对象。在接获该调查通知后，已寻求法律顾问及税务顾问的意见，并就集团与该供应商的所有交易进行了税务合规自查，以评估可能受到该调查结果的影响程度。
公告称，由于高鑫零售若干子公司为相关增值税发票的接收方，若该供应商本身调查结果为负面，可能导致其对高鑫零售开具的相关增值税发票不被认可，进而使集团需承担额外税款支付及对应滞纳金的责任。基于审慎原则并经过初步评估，高鑫零售预期将在截至2025年3月31日止年度的综合财务报表中计提约人民币5800万元税务支出准备金。
