财华社2025年2月27日讯，中银香港副董事长兼总裁孙煜对香港特区政府财政司司长昨日（26日）发表的《2025至26财政年度政府财政预算案》表示欢迎。他认为，预算案多管齐下巩固提升香港国际金融中心地位，并通过推动科技创新为香港经济高质量发展注入新动能。
孙煜表示，在当前全球经济环境复杂多变的背景下，香港亟需巩固提升在金融领域的优势，积极发挥作为国内国际双循环重要节点的独特角色。预算案提出的一系列建议，包括推动香港债券市场代币化、优化资产及财富管理业相关的税务优惠、推动离岸人民币业务和黄金市场发展、优化与内地互联互通机制、便利海外企业和特定产品融资、提升交易和风险管理效率等，将有助提升香港金融市场的广度、深度与开放度，吸引全球资本并进一步增强香港在全球金融体系中的竞争力。
孙煜认为，创新是推动香港经济实现高质量发展的重要驱动力。预算案着重培育新质生产力，例如提出全力发展人工智能作为关键产业、推动生命健康科技和低空经济等新兴产业、加快北部都会区建设等，有助香港把握科技变革带来的机遇，并推动传统产业转型升级。随着创科产业对金融产品和服务的需求日益增加，香港金融业将迎来更多增长机遇。
