智通财经APP讯，宝发控股(08532)发布公告，根据谅解备忘录，买方该公司全资附属Faithful Galaxy Investment Limited有意收购而卖方有意出售于香港拥有建筑项目的目标公司的股权。
公告称，集团主要附属公司乃一间于香港提供外将及幕墙工程解决方案的分包商。集团为项目提供设计及建筑服务，即开发设计、进行结构计算、绘制施工图、物色及采购建筑材料、安排建筑材料的物流及安装工程、项目管理及项目完工后服务。
目标公司从事建筑及装修服务。目标公司为集团横向发展的成功范例，充分利用社区资源，为客户建立整合上下游相关业务的关系网。主要业务为从事为大学、医院及多间机构等客户的项目(包括但不限于银行项目)提供建筑及装修服务。
