Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Records Lower Fiscal H1 Profit

Tsim Sha Tsui Properties (HKG:0247) recorded a net profit attributable to shareholders of HK$1.04 billion for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, lower than HK$1.47 billion from a year earlier.

Reported basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.49 compared with HK$0.71 from the year-ago period, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The residential property manager's revenue was HK$3.88 billion, down from HK$4.95 billion last year, mainly attributable to lower revenue from property sales.

The board recommended an interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share, the same as last year, to be paid on April 23 to the shareholders on record as of March 17.
