Singapore Land's (SGX:U06) profit to equity holders surged 76% during the second half of the year to SG$180.5 million from SG$102.4 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Earnings per share rose to SG$0.126 compared with SG$0.071 in the comparable period.
Revenue was up 9% year over year to SG$390.5 million from SG$358.7 million, driven by higher revenue generated by property investments.
