中国职业教育综合入账关联实体中标江门土地使用权
2月27日，中国职业教育（01756）发布公告，宣布其综合入账关联实体华立学院于2025年2月26日成功中标江门市土地使用权，总代价为8304万元。此次土地收购事项的目的在于建设华立学院的江门校区，以扩大现有校区的容纳人数，符合公司的发展战略。
根据公告，华立学院已向江门资源局支付1661万元作为拍卖保证金，剩余款项需在国有土地使用权出让合同签署后15日内支付。该土地位于江门市银湖湾滨海新区，总面积约为14万平方米，使用年限为50年，预计将用于教育用途。由于该土地收购事项适用的百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成公司的须予披露交易，需遵守相关上市规则的公告及申报规定。
