2月25日，针对星巴克首席执行官布莱恩·尼科尔发内部通告“星巴克将裁撤1100名企业员工”一事，星巴克相关负责人今日回应媒体称，“星巴克中国的伙伴不在此次全球沟通范围内，星巴克坚定看好中国市场的广阔前景。我们将继续秉承高质量、可盈利、可持续的发展策略，为顾客提供高品质的咖啡和独一无二的星巴克体验。”

　　据外媒近日报道，星巴克首席执行官布莱恩·尼科尔发布内部通告称，星巴克将裁撤1100名企业员工，且数百个其他空缺职位将不再招聘。此次裁员不会影响公司门店的员工，不涉及烘焙、制造、仓储和配送部门的员工。

　　“星巴克正在简化结构，消除层级和重复，创建更小、更灵活的团队，我们的目标是更高效地运营、增加问责制、降低复杂性并推动更好地整合。所有这些都是为了更加专注并能够对我们的优先事项产生更大的影响。”莱恩·尼科尔表示。

　　据业内分析，星巴克此次裁员数量，约占星巴克全球非门店员工总数的7%。
