尽管投资物业公平价值的下降带来不利影响，预期本年度综合净亏损将有所减少，主要由于综合收入增加(特别是来自博彩业务分部);摊销及折旧减少;运营费用下降。于本公告日期，集团仍在评估无形资产减值损失(如需要)。经考虑可能需要作出的无形资产减值后，预期本年度的综合净亏损较2023年12月31日止上一财政减少不多于10%。
