消息面上，上海复旦发布公告，集团于2024年度实现营业总收入约为人民币35.90亿元，同比增长约1.51%。集团于2024年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为人民币5.73亿元，同比下降约20.43%；期内，各产品线所面对的市场竞争激烈，受产品销售价格下降和产品结构调整影响，综合毛利率下降5.26个百分点。
第一上海此前表示，2024年以来公司各类业务受存量市场激烈竞争影响，为巩固市场份额，多类产品价格结构性下调，预计今年整体毛利率将有5%的下滑。公司2024年前9个月FPGA及其他芯片销售收入8.8亿元，同比下滑3.7%。
