香港交易所公布2024年全年业绩 市场成交量创历史新高
本报讯 （记者毛艺融）2月27日，香港交易所公布2024年全年业绩。公告显示，2024年，香港交易所集团收入及其他收益创224亿港元的新高，较2023年上升9%；股东应占溢利创131亿港元新高，较2023年上升10%。
2024年，香港交易所共迎来71只新股上市，总集资金额达880亿港元。其中，来自新经济行业的新股集资额占比近82%。香港交易所《上市规则》近年新增的章节切合市场需要，全年迎来了三家根据第18C章上市的特专科技公司、三家在GEM（香港创业板）改革后上市的公司，以及首宗特殊目的收购公司并购交易（De-SPAC）。
香港股票及衍生产品二级市场2024年亦表现强劲。现货市场平均每日成交金额达1318亿港元，较前一年上升26%；下半年市场气氛显著好转，股票现货交易创多项单日新高，包括2024年10月8日成交金额创6207亿港元的历史新高。
香港交易所集团行政总裁陈翊庭表示，香港交易所在2024年取得了许多重大战略进展：实施了多项优化市场微结构和上市机制的重要举措；放眼未来，宣布启动为期多年的平台开发计划；进一步丰富多元化的产品生态系统；开拓新兴业务；加强了与国际投资者和发行人的互动。透过这些持续进行的工作，香港作为领先国际金融中心的地位进一步巩固，加上去年第三季开始市场气氛回暖，带动成交量上升，以及我们继续保持审慎的成本管理，香港交易所2024年的全年收入及溢利再创新高。
