2月27日，京东外卖宣布推出“10元/20元餐补随机领”优惠活动，“满15元减10元”“满40元减20元”两种大额餐补优惠券每晚8点即可随机领取，首批复盖通过京东认证的大学生用户及京东PLUS会员。即日起每晚8点，可通过京东App首页“品质外卖”频道入口领取，也可以在京东App搜索“月黑风高”或“京东校园”进行领取，餐补优惠的使用范围包含京东外卖平台上线的所有餐饮外卖门店。大学生用户可在京东App搜索“学生认证”，完成认证后即可参与餐补领取。
当日午间，记者发现，该补贴优惠活动日前已在京东App上线测试。
据了解，自2月11日上线以来，京东外卖以“品质外卖”为核心定位，仅限“品质堂食餐厅”入驻，快速受到消费者青睐，截至2月20日，已有近20万餐饮商家申请入驻，部分城市订单量增长超100倍。此前，京东外卖推出2025年5月1日前入驻商家全年免佣金的扶持政策，当前商家仍可通过京东App搜索“外卖入驻”提交申请。
此外，京东集团率先启动为京东外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金，为兼职骑手提供意外险和健康医疗险。未来一段时期签约的外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金的所有成本，包含个人所需缴纳部分，全部由京东承担，确保骑手现金收入绝不会因为缴纳五险一金而减少，此项举措包含现有骑手和新加入的骑手。
